Entro em campo, diariamente, em meio a mais de um milhão de pessoas que habita esta metrópole.
O tempo da partida é cronometrado sagradamente todos os dias, o que não me impede de, quase sempre, fazer jus da prorrogação, principalmente em se tratando da minha sobrevivência: meu horário para almoçar sempre ultrapassa o horário normal de muitos viventes…
Nas diversas conquistas às quais me submeto, sofro diversos escanteios (nos ônibus, nas filas…); faltas – na aglomeração das ruas, sou atropelado por transeuntes mais que apressados…; e cartão amarelo é o que acumulo desde que me tornei cidadão com inúmeras responsabilidades: no trabalho, então, sempre sou alertado que: “desta vez passa, mas, na próxima…”
A mudança de técnicos que me comandam, seja na vida particular como na profissional, se dá esporadicamente. Se, no amor, a coisa não vai bem, logo acho substituta; já, no trabalho, a coisa é mais demorada, afinal, tenho de avaliar os custos de uma substituição à altura…
Tenho consciência dos sacrifícios necessários nesta competição acirrada, por isso, submeto-me a diversos exercícios físicos e mentais, mesmo cansadíssimo da jornada…
Vez por outra, penso em deixar o time da casa e arriscar uma conquista maior no exterior, porém, o orgulho pela camisa que visto ainda é grande…
Quando insisto em driblar as regras do jogo, posso ser retirado de cena definitivamente, abortando um futuro promissor, ou levar um cartão vermelho, dando descanso temporário ao meu corpo e minha mente, para retornar recuperado…
Finalmente, após acumular várias perdas e vitórias, às vezes, mais perdas que vitórias, encerro minha carreira no jogo da vida e me transformo em mais uma estrela neste espaço infinito…
